At 3Chi, above all, we want to provide you with world class products, world class service, and to make sure you, a good customer, are happy. When reading the refund policy we’d encourage you to understand that there is a fair amount of fraud in this industry. Our policies may be stricter than with some other products you have purchased, but this helps us mitigate the higher fraud and keep our prices as low as possible. Thank you ahead of time for understanding that these policies are for the benefit of you and every other well-intentioned customer.

Honest customers with legitimate problems will always be taken care of to the highest degree possible. 


For all refund issues pertaining to orders made via 3Chi.com we encourage you to call us at 720-815-5550. This will be the best way to handle your issue, but we can also handle the issue via email.

We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you purchased a 3Chi product at a retail location, or through a website other than 3Chi.com, you will need to deal directly with the store or website where you made the purchase, as we have no way to monitor what they do with our products after we ship to them. However, we do encourage you to make us aware of any issues you have with 3Chi products purchased from third parties.

For purchases made on 3Chi.com, refunds are given at our discretion. If you are unhappy with your purchase or a product is unused you may be entitled to a refund as long as we are notified within 30 days. No returns will be given if you have not contacted us within 30 days of your purchase. You will need to send back the unused portion of your product, at your expense, before you will be given a refund.

Unused items will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Used items will incur a minimum 35% handling fee, and we may charge a higher handling fee or restocking fee, in certain situations, at our discretion.

While we stand behind the quality of our product, the effectiveness of the product is not a valid reason for refund, as CBD does not work for everyone, and there is also no way for us to verify that you took the product correctly, or at all.

If we feel you are abusing the returns policy (e.g. you have consumed a substantial portion of the product, as defined by us, prior to trying to make the return) we retain the right to deny the refund and/or ban you from future purchases. 

If a product arrives damaged and unusable you must notify us within 2 days of product arrival via phone or email here. The email must contain your order number and a description of what happened. Be sure to also take a picture, as we will ask for one in our follow up email.

The entire product needs to be returned and the product must be completely full, minus the limited amount you may have used. If the product is missing more than what we deem an appropriate amount, based on circumstances, or we feel the returns policy is being abused, we reserve the right to deny the exchange and/or ban you from any future purchases on our site. There are no restocking fees for damaged products.

In the event of a valid exchange for broken or damaged products we will send you a shipping label (paid for by us) and ship a replacement product as soon as we receive the product from you. Shipping will depend on the product(s) ordered, and the options available to us. Typically we will either send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to place on the return box or reimburse you for USPS first class shipping. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BEFORE DISCUSSING SHIPPING DETAILS WITH US. If you ship product back to us in a more expensive manner than we would have suggested, you will be fully responsible for all costs over the cost for the shipping method we suggested or would have suggested.

Also, we understand that life is full of exceptions and that our policy may not cover every possible situation. At our discretion, we may, in certain instances, make exceptions to the rules stated above. If you feel your situation qualifies as an exception to the policy stated above, we encourage you to contact us.
