What are Delta 9o Vape Pens?

Are 3CHI's Delta 9o Vape Pens Legal?

Yes They Are! Back in 2018, Congress passed the Farm Bill, an updated agricultural bill that did something revolutionary - it separated the definition of hemp and cannabis for the first time in decades. Because of this, industrial hemp became defined as a final product made from the hemp plant and contained less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC in it. These products are now considered legal under the Farm Bill, which is how legal, hemp derived products came about. Any products that contain more than that 0.3% Delta 9 THC legal limit or come from the cannabis plant is still considered marijuana. Marijuana remains illegal on the federal level despite several states moving to legalize both medical marijuana for patients with an approved medical condition and recreational marijuana for adults 21 and over. 3CHI products naturally contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC which we have verified through our third party, independent lab results. Therefore, our vape pens, including our THC vape pens, are legal across the states under federal law.

Delta 9o Vape Pen Product Information

Each one of 3CHI's Delta 9o vape pens are made safe and use the highest quality hemp on the market. Inside each Delta 9o pen and cartridge is a fluid oil that is incredibly pure and smooth when vaped. It can take anywhere from 10-40 minutes to begin to feel the effects of your weed vape pen. It can take longer for full effects to activate depending on your body's metabolism, weight, previous usage, and frequency of hemp product usage. Inside each cart is approximately 1 mL of oil, which is 95% of the cannabinoid of Delta 9o with 5% being strain specific terpenes to create the unique flavors each oil cartridge offers. 3CHI also guarantees no VG, PG, PEG, Vitamin E, MCT, or any other cutting agents inside our vape pens. Vape Pen Directions

Our vape pens (vape cartridges) work with 510 compatible battery powered devices, which must be purchased separately. Batteries and devices do not come with any of our pens. We do not currently offer any vape pen batteries for sale, individually or wholesale. Each vape pen is ready to go once you receive it in the mail or when purchased from a retailer. When you first remove your vape pen from its package, remove both rubber stoppers from either end. Attach the bottom of your cartridge to your battery or pen and screw on, but not too tightly - our carts are made of glass and could break under pressure. Once your cartridge is attached to your battery, place your lips around the mouthpiece and inhale once the battery is on. Do not unscrew the mouthpiece. After letting go of the breath button, inhale for a second longer to remove any remaining oil from the vapor path or mouthpiece. This will help prevent future clogging.

Storage

We recommend you store any delta 9o vape pen, delta 9o vape, or cart weed pen at room temperature and in an upright position. Keeping them upright will prevent them from leaking or potentially clogging the mouthpiece as the pen lays on its side and the oil moves around. Another reason it’s also recommended that you keep your delta 9o vape pen at room temperature - Heat exposure will naturally break down the compounds inside your vape, making it less potent the longer it's exposed to heat or even sunlight.

Troubleshooting Delta 9o Vape Carts and Disposables

Even if you follow the directions above, your vape pens can still clog. The most common way a vape cart clogs is because of vapor condensation in the mouthpiece or airway of the cartridge. There are a couple of ways to fix a clog and here’s how: There are a few ways you can free the clog. First, a small clog will most likely free itself with enough suction. Inhaling around the mouthpiece should easily dislodge the immediate blockage. While this is a simple solution, your clog is most likely to return. The more you vape, the more oil you use, and oil will continue to sit in the airway even after this initial clear. You can also accidentally inhale small amounts of oil when you try this method, which can cause coughing and throat irritation.  Another way to remove a clog in your delta 9o vape pens is to use a thin object, like a paperclip, to clear the sides of the airway. This will remove all the oil from inside the vape cartridge airway. Gently insert the piece into the top of the mouthpiece and scrape the inside thoroughly. Once you begin to feel like the oil stick onto your object, remove the sticky strands up and out. This will free the pathway of oil. You may need to do this a few times if the clog is still happening. It’s recommended that you do this regularly to keep the airway clear. Additionally, it’s the most reliable way to keep the mouthpiece and airway of your vape pen clean and clear.

Age Restrictions

There are a few age requirements that you must complete in order to purchase any vape pen or other products from 3CHI. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any of our vape products. Additionally, when purchasing our vape pens, you must choose signature pick-up in the checkout options, so make sure to follow all of the prompts when they show up. Will You Pass a Drug Test?

Most likely no. Unfortunately, the likelihood of you passing a drug test after consuming any of our vape products is very slim, even for our CBD, CBC, HHC, and any other vape pen product that doesn't contain any THC. Even though all of our products are federally legal, they are still derived from hemp and contain some amount of THC in them. Many drug tests are looking specifically for THC compounds, whether the THC cannabinoid itself is legal or not. These tests aren’t sophisticated enough to test for the more subtle differences between Delta 8 THC, Delta 9 THC, or Delta 10 THC which all have slightly different chemical structure changes. The likelihood of you passing a drug test, even after consuming non THC vape pens, is small.

Tolerance Break

One way to combat a positive test result is to go on a tolerance break. THC builds up in your body naturally the more you consume any THC product. In order to pass a test, we recommend taking a few weeks off from consuming any THC product to give yourself the best chance possible of passing, including our THC vape cartridge products and non-THC products. If you frequently consume THC or consume in large quantities, you may need to take a longer tolerance break. It takes longer for your body to filter out larger amounts of THC from a longer build-up time.

Important Vape Pen Notes

Dosing Delta 9o

There are no established dosing guidelines for Delta 9o. Use should be considered experimental and you should clear your use of Delta 9o with a physician before using, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or take any prescriptions. When vaping delta 9o for the first time start with a single 1-3 second inhale and then wait 30-60 minutes to determine tolerance. If eating Delta 9o, start with 1/3 to 1/2 your dose of Delta 9 THC. Delta 9o can feel like the combined effects of both inhalable and edible Delta 9 THC products to some, which can be overwhelming to inexperienced users, especially if taken in too large of quantities. TAKE IN SMALL DOSES UNTIL DETERMINING TOLERANCE. USE ONLY IF RECOMMENDED BY A PHYSICIAN.
