I have chronic pain from old back, hip and knee injuries. This helps me, especially at night. I use at bedtime. I always feel rested in the morning. Probably b/c I’m sleeping instead of waking up every little while with general aches and pains. I refuse to take pharmaceuticals and even hesitate with OTC antiinflammatory remedies. I like that I am in charge of my very conservative approach to pain management.
